Room was old and dated. Furniture very uncomfortable. The Matket was small with limited selection. Pools and food were the best part of the resort.

This property was amazing!!! We stayed in the South building, which I highly recommend. Our room had the 2 person jacuzzi tub. We will be booking soon for the same room but with the balcony to overlook the amazing views. We were close to the outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub that was near the South building. We got room service up to the room from the Hilltop Restaurant, then had it there while we went and enjoyed the pools and hot tub, overlooking the mountains and the lake. Spectacular!!!! Food was awesome by the way!! Perfect way to relax. We got to feed the fish in the pond in the morning before departure. We are getting married next year and have found where we will be getting married 💜💜. They have a market on site with a good amount of snacks, drinks and little microwavable things if you want to grab something quick. We did go view the other indoor pool, but there were a bit of kids and families in there, so we just went to the one near our building. Can't wait to go back!!!

Great for families, so much to do! 2 pools and 3 hot tubs, racquetball, video games and special events. We were able to see a wild animal show.

My room was a mess when i walked in trash on floor crackers crumbled on the deck and sticky stuff on the rug in the room. Wasnt able to eat the food because it tasted like my 5 year old nephew made it

Beautiful location. Terrible service.

Pros: The view is beautiful.
Cons: The service and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Location: We found a fun miniature golf course nearby and took a cruise on th MS Mount Washington.
I was very disappointed with our stay. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, even though we spoke with the front desk twice. There were no towels available at the pools. We were told that they were behind on laundry. We went to their breakfast buffet and asked to sit near the windows so we could enjoy the gorgeous view. We received a huge sigh from the hostess as she turned away saying nothing and proceeded to bust the tables. The buffet was very disappointing for the price. There was very little to choose from. The resort is not handicap accessible with lots of stairs. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Had picked this place for our anniversary. Ordered a cheese and cracker platter with a bottle of wine to put in our room before we arrived and never got it. The room was way to small, hair in the tub, spider webs and spiders in corners of room along with a pillow case that had dry blood on it, housekeeping never changed it. Took it off myself and just slept on pillow. Second day we were there housekeeping didn’t show up until around 5:30 and never replaced the towels. The next day housekeeping never showed up to clean room at all. We will not return there again not happy at all.
