Stay for 3 days, room was never cleaned, hallways had the same paint peelings on the floor all 3 days. No clean sheets or towels for the entire stay. On day 2 our entry cards were deactivated. And had to be reactivated As we were packing getting ready to checking out , housekeeping knocked on the door (while she was eating something) and asked if we needed anything. Horrible experience. Terrible stay.

I want a refund because the halls reeked of marijuana and a person was stabbed in a fight at the lobby! That person was medi-vacked to a hospital to hopefully save his life. We had to evacuate the premises for the duration of our stay which was 3 more nights. A refund is fair.

In need of A second room. upon arriving the room was occupied by another guest. And checking my credit card statement. I am being charged for 3 rooms.

I stayed 2 nights -- no interimediate maid service after 1st night, no new towels. Seems like a multi-night stay is not something one should do at this facility.
