The first room they gave us smelled of smoke. The second room, which we stayed in because we were exhausted had dust everywhere and some major stains. We booked the room for 3 but the room had only 2 sets of towels. We went down to the front desk for another set and they said we need to wait for housekeeping the next day. Although not a big deal, the sign in the room says free breakfast but there is none. Also, the refrigerator had issues. We did not try the microwave.

The walls of the hallway had stains running down and mystery liquid pooling up on the baseboards. Carpet was stained in the halls and room throughout. Hair on the bed, furniture was ripped and stained. It was gross.

As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Unfortunately, with this Best Western, you get far less. It starts by trying to find the place. Even with GPS, finding the entrance is a challenge. There is no sign on the highway. Good luck.
The reception desk and lobby is sketchy, and because it shares the space with the breakfast area, it smells. But, it gets better. If you're given a 2nd floor room, leave your bags in the car. There is no elevator. Then, as you enter the room, you'll be hit with the stench. I'm not quite sure what it was. Perhaps a cross between cigarette smoke and fumigation fumes. Whatever it is, it's overwhelming.
At the price I paid, I didn't expect a Hilton or Omni. But, I did expect clean & comfortable. This place did NOT meet my rather conservative expectations. BTW, there's a Red Roof Inn right next door; it's got to be better!

We are sorry that you could not locate our hotel on GPS. Our hotel was formerly Howard Johnson, so GPS might not have updated information. Regarding the elevator, yes we do not have that. However, we always try to accommodate a guest request for the first floor if the rooms are available. For the room, if you can share the checking date and room number information then I can look into it. Please let us know in advance if you happen to book a reservation in the future.

Would not recommend this hotel!

The overall appearance of the hotel was terrible. The carpet in this hotel was old and needs replaced. It smelled horrible! The rooms were dirty and the bathroom was so small and there was pubic hair all over the toilet and bathtub!. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all.
Overall rating for this hotel would be a big zero! Will never stay at this hotel again. Live and Learn!

Awful!
Awful experience! Less-than-desirable area. Non-smoking room overwhemed with smoke odors. Room carpet and spread were stained. Bathroom vanity was cigarette burned and cracked in places. Microwave that should have been on top of mini fridge was missing. Front desk clerk tried very hard, was very pleasant, unfortunately was totally inept. Check in took 45 minutes - clerk could not obtain a working key card to room. He finally gave us a master card and asked us not to lose it. Stayed just long enough to get a few hours rest - left at 5am - awful experience!
