The property is dated but very clean and well maintained. The man at the front desk was wonderful and super friendly! I appreciated the lower pet fee than a lot of other hotels. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it did the trick. That’s the only reason for four stars for me. I would stay there again though!

Accused me of stealing and iron I did not take. When I try to call to resolve it, the manager was not available multiple times. Customer service did not return my email.

Great hotel for a great price including full break

Pros: Price, cleanliness, staff and comfort.
Cons: Updating - it was a bit dated but in very good shape.
Location: Hotel is located just off the highway and was easy to get to all the local activities. There is the USA softball park, the casino, and the riverfront.
Our room was equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee make and hair dryer. Air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable, room was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the last night there must have been a family of elephants overhead because they were running back and forth and banging things - this was not the fault of the hotel. Our room was reasonable and I would stay there again.

The environment was well worth every penny I spent. The room was very clean and had up to date furniture as well. My next stay will be at The Best Western chain of hotels in the future.

Nice hotel

Pros: Larger rooms
Nice hotel, larger rooms. Small pool, only shallow, but kids still had fun.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean. Extremely quiet, even on gameday and sold out, must be some seriously insulated walls! My go to hotel from now on when I am in town.
