The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this two bedroom private home features an open floorplan and kitchen, island with counter-top seating, dining area and living room with 50" Smart HDTV. Fully appointed kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room with comfy sleeper sofa, Smart HDTV, laundry area, backyard with patio, free high-speed Wi-Fi, onsite parking and key-less access.

Guest access
Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. The Walden Community has waterfront dining, a fitness center, a tennis/racquet club, golf course (green fees apply) two boat ramps with parking (registration required in advance), marina and bait shop, dog park, playground, church, fire department and sheriff's station.

Instructions for access to Walden Community amenities, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Other things to note
Stickers are required for boat ramp parking to avoid towing. Each sticker must be requested in advance of one's stay, for a specific date range and the guest must write these dates on the sticker to avoid towing. It was good, but I don’t understand why we have to do do so much cleaning, put garbage out, etc I sow in the bathroom drawers dirty, the control remote with no battery, no Netflix, I will go back if that is change. Thanks my main thing was to give my mother a peaceful stain out of her nursing home and that was completely done, she did not see any of wat I saw. Thanks

It was a very nice place to stay! Quite neighborhood close to everything. Will be staying again. If I had to find anything wrong it would be the master bed is very thin and sagging in the middle. I am 5’11” 180lbs so it wasn’t my fault lol. Still over all 5 star

Filthy Dirty is just the tip of the Iceberg
I visited the “Luxe Private Lakefront Home in Historic Montgomery TX” by Plushy Management for Thanksgiving. The place was filthy: uncleaned bathrooms with hair clipping on the counter and in the sink. No hand towels, a used toothbrush in the drawer, and a broken mirror. The bedroom had open chewing tobacco in the dresser drawer, a smelly closet with infant supplies, and poor foam pad for a bed with hair in the sheets, and pillowless pillows. The dirty kitchen lacked basic utensils, dish soap, dish cloths , broken dishwasher and had dirty, rusted pans. The living room had dirty floors, unusable TVs due to dead remote batteries, and extremely dirty windows covered in dead bugs. I reported these issues to the host and VRBO, expecting cleaners. After leaving for 7.5 hours, nothing changed. They never contacted me to tell be they were not going to clean and supply the property. The host and VRBO’s response was unhelpful, contradicting their guarantee and the insurance policy I purchased from them. Stuck there, I borrowed and bought cleaning supplies to clean the place myself. This ordeal, including multiple texts, emails and calls to the host and VRBO, ruined my vacation. Despite evidence and complaints, the host and VRBO haven’t resolved the issue. The property was unfit for rent, and the host’s negligence is unacceptable. I have so much more to say in this review but they limit the length. Best advice DO NOT STAY HERE!

Convenient location , beautiful nearby area
The apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean. Located conveniently for us as we came for our son’s wedding. We had no problem communicating to the management if needed ( few times) and their response was prompt. The only issue we had on a day of arrival- we couldn’t find the entrance to the building/ apartment))). So directions on a website should be a little more clear. Otherwise it was a very good stay

Beautiful Place
We had a quick getaway before our college and high school kids go back to school. The place was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and great location. We played games that they had there and movies for relaxation. We will definitely stay here again.

In town for a weeding
This was our first visit to Lake Conroe and it was wonderful. We came in for a wedding and decided to spend a few extra days. We were so glad we did wish just wished we had a few more days. The condo was great just as pictured. The location is also great with a beautiful view of the lake. We did not get a chance to try out the 2 restaurants which are in very close proximity. Hoping to make plans to visit during summer time.
