Ok let's start with the Pros
* Nice rooms on the lady Hamilton side . Jamaica side needs updating .
*The beach in front of the big pool is excellent all other beaches are not great .
*The Spa is a great value .
*Grounds are beautiful
The bar upstairs with the brand name liquor is great
*Chez bubba steakhouse is very good .
Buffets were pretty good
Domed covered walking paths are nice .
James the front desk manager is excellent
Harrieta the bartender server is excellent
The casino is fun and well air conditioned.
Chambermaids were excellent.
Here's the cons
Food mediocre and never get a hot meal
Never got a shuttle ride they fly by you like your not there .
Some of Bartenders are inattentive and if they don't like you serve weak drinks
If you want to see a lot of obese tattooed people ,this is your place .
This is Not in Montego Bay !!! Not even close to it .
A lot of power outages . Always at night. You wou
Not a real Jamaican beach on this property
As Caucasians felt discriminated against and out numbered . Especially by half the staff .
The pools need to be shocked with chlorine more .saw some nasty stuff in there .
Missing handrails on pool,dangerous .
Half the staff were helpful, other half ignored you .
Staff is sad , no smiles from them .
No security to keep obnoxious people at bay . Often Felt like I was at Rappers ,Spring break.
Sportsbar is horrible ,crowded and staff COMPLETELY ignores you .
Spoke to many guests who felt the same as we did.
