This hotel is a nightmare!!!!!

Food is horrible!!! Staff is rude and offers drugs to you, more than just weed! The excursions are falsely advertised and you fo not get what you pay for. There are wild cats running around bothering you while you eat! Everything you ask for such as sheets, towels, mini bar to be stocked takes days for them to get to. The pipes leak and flood the room, and they come in the middle of the night, past 1 am to try to fix it. This was absolutely the WORST vacation I have ever been on and will NEVER travel to jamaica again. The beach is not a beach, u can only got about knee deep and the rest is slime rocks and sea weed. The beach is not natural sand. There are no waves, the water is still as can be, as it's a man made cove. Do not go here!!!!

Great vacation spot

For the first time in jamaica it was amazing hotel is gorgeous and had many amenities! Staff is awesome and very helpful! Food is good ask for a beach view and youll get it! Def not the last time we will be going

Vacation at Bahia Principle

Pros: The staff and the entertainment. Really enjoyed the female singer (think Michelle). The other shows are awesome as well.
Cons: Please improve the room and offer something beside open buffet.
Location: Dunn's Fall was great (make sure you do not take anything and prepare and wear swim gear). Bobsleeding and Zipline were both amazing.
The staff and entertainment were extraordinary. Was not a fan of the buffet considering the number of people just touching the food with their hands and no quality control. The rooms are older, overall not bad but not a 4-5 star. Did NOT like how it took over two hours for a sale presentation, although they called it an anniversary and tour. This is miss leading and was a waste. They should just call it a presentation to sale their timeshare or resort so customers to make an informed decisions. The staff has extraordinary customer service. Make sure you have the jerk chicken - it was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the cooks at the buffet does an outstanding job for breakfast. The pools and the beach are great. Overall, it was a great vacation spot!

Very nice place to relax and have a great time!

We stayed 7 days/nights. The facility is very nice (10 years old) and very large. The food was very good and selections were very good. The only problem encountered was that they ran out of washcloths. The maid was kind and apologetic and helped when she could. Pretty minor issue if you don't need them to shower. Overall, a great vacarion was had and well worth the price paid! Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Grand Bahia

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel. It was great!
Location: We really liked the location. It was beautiful and away from the major ports. It was an hour away from the airport and only 30 minutes from our trips
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The food was great and easily accessible. Everyone was extremely helpful. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Pros: the view from our room
Cons: stock the bar and if its not there for customers,go get it.our only complaint.wonderfull time and will go back
great staff.ran out of our favorite drink from time to time but overall a great time
