Horrible stay away

Cons: The food ,drinks ,staff, lack of entertainment
Location: Nothing
Most horrible food i ever had in a resort. There is only 1 buffett that you go to every day the 5 restaurant are only 1 reservation every 3 nights of your stay but you cant even go because they are reserved so much in advance. My entire stay all i ate was bread. The room was not clean when i arrived and there was blood on the bathroom telephone when i called they just sent someone with a wipe to clean it no apologies or nothing. Jamaica was nice but this resort was horrible.

I spent 7 nights at the resort. Overall I found my stay relaxing and pleasurable.

My stay was good... I almost didn't come here because of what people wrote, glad I didn't take there advise, the only negative was the bed, it was uncomfortable! but the people were cool, no one pressured me for tips. I was taken an an effort to buy returning trips but honestly if I had the money to burn I would have purchased the deal... Other wise the stay was fine room cleaned fine. Towels for days view was great and I paid for garden and for ocean view... Check out was 2 minutes. Check in took about 20minutes longer, they can solve the check in process very easy but adding a rope in or even. Sign that says line starts here... Other wise I enjoyed it. I will return there... The food was plenty plenty plenty ... I will be going back soon

Terrible quality, service and price

Let's start off with the roaches that welcomed us coming off of the elevator and in our room. The security guards are rude, nasty and unprofessional. The food is bland, terrible and the waitresses at Orchid have no sense of service.

Bahia Is The Place To Stay

Pros: The friendly staff and the food.
Cons: Rooms need improvement.
Location: Runaway Bay, Jamaica. All the excursions I wanted were a half an hour away. We climbed Dunn's River Falls, went to Dolphin Cove, Green Grotto Caves
I had the most amazing time at this hotel. Food was great, staff was super friendly. Pool was amazing and the beach was just so warm and inviting. The drinks were amazing!!!

Great view. Disappointing customer service

Pros: The cleanliness of the grounds. The view from my room was breathtaking. The pool and the beach were well maintaIned. The a la carte restaurants great.
Cons: Customer service. AC in the elevator.
Location: Great location. Dolphin Cove, glistening lagoon, Dunns River, mystic mountain
The staff was unprofessional and seem like they lacked basic customer service training. The food was mediocre. The toilet clogged. The lights in the hallway went out and I informed the front desk. It was addressed but went out again. No AC in the elevator. Everyday, I detected a pungent smell (like sewage) on the path from the pool to the elevator.

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and kind at all times. The only issue is that my rooms weren't ready and the free wifi was not available before check in. Overall, the hotel is great, the staff is great and the beaches are great as well. I will be planning another vacation to visit the grande Bahia Princepe

Good variety of food and activities

Pros: The variety of food was good, including Jamaican food every day.
Cons: Customer service training needed for all staff. Stock the rooms with towels so that guests do not need to spend their cvacation seeking towels.
Location: Near Ocho Rios - Dunns River Falls, Dolpin Cove
Food was good with variety available. Staff in the restaurants require customer service training as they were less than welcoming. Entertainment staff were very good. Front desk was dismal - at check-in, check-out and in providing general information. Do not pay for wi-fi - it is slow as molasses and has technical issues. The hotel never had enough towels for the rooms.
