Nice location. Primary complaint: telephone in room (219), was inoperable. I had misplaced my cell phone and attempted MANY times to make a call outside. Front desk insisted on instructing me on how to place my call. I finally had to dress and go to front desk and ask your employee to place the call for me. The whole incident was terribly inconvenient not only for me but my daughter who had already left the area, which I was desperately trying to avoid. You might want to have that phone checked out!
