Not exactly “premium”
Check in is not very good - press buzzer and they sent a member if staff from Nachosol Atlantic who took 20 minutes to arrive. Check in is 2pm apartment hadn’t been cleaned at 2.30pm and had to wait. The apartments are modern and comfortable, however, as no management are present the cleaners do very little, dirty floors, terrace not cleaned, beds rarely changed etc. The premium apartments do not have a private terrace and access to all apartments is via everyone else’s terrace so no privacy. Be aware the standard apartments have no outside space at all and are located on a stair case. It was very annoying as cleaners left bags of laundry and rubbish on terrace all day, the sticky mess made was never cleaned. The pool area is peaceful and an amazing view but again it lacked cleanliness, bins not emptied and pool deck rarely cleaned as bird droppings remained fir several days. The reception is not open nor manned onsite, they send someone over for checkin and it’s slow and tedious process. This place could be so much better but lacked any “premium” features or quality of service and cleanliness. Would not return as they are not offering a premium concept as is suggested.
