The pictures were not at all accurate. No housekeeping during the stay. No towels. They charged my card multiple times. Staff was unhelpful. Dirty.

In South Dakota it is not legal to rent our lodging without a smoke alarm. The morning I got up I noticed that my room was without one. I noticed the fire department. Rooms were not very clean. Management needs some help.

HUGE MESS!! This place had a 3.3/5 rating on Travelocity and I really don’t know how. This hotel was awful. Old everything everywhere, it it so out of date and needs help. The back entrance to the hotel had no lock whatsoever!!! Any serial killer could gain easy access, run. Doors leading to lower and upper level were “X-Ed” out for some reason with duct tape. Light fixtures on the ceiling were filled with dead bugs. Hotel room itself was semi usable which is the only reason I gave this a 2. Our TV was broken and tilted to the side, no volume. Our AC did not work. Bedding was covered in other peoples hair. Do not recommend staying here. We had no choice as ALL THE OTHER HOTELS WERE BOOKED!!!!!!

Staff kept watching me when I went thru lobby. Made me nervous. Outside weeds everywhere. Not well maintained. Room was nice. Great parking.

Older hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Cons: There lies the problem, no one can effect change on the local restaurants even though the are only a few blocks down the road. That is the length of
Location: Right off the highway. Nothing to do but watch TV.
This is a nice place for an overnight stay. I would not recommend any other length of time. There are next to nothing in local places to eat and what is there only accepts cash. For any entertainment you have to travel several miles to Mitchell, SD. This is a pet friendly hotel with the exception of the pet rooms are on the second floor. The room was well appointed with microwave and refrigerator. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Everything is very clean.
