The overall property was not staffed with knowledgeable induviduals. They were very friendly but needed more knowledge about the hotel. I was surprised that the room did not have the usual amenities like shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, etc.

Dear Marvin,Thank-you for staying with us. Happy to read that the staff were friendly. All of our guest rooms are equipped with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. We do have mouthwash available for sale in our market. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
