Read before you book, especially if you have kids!
The property is nice enough, room services is pretty pricey, $70 for two small Cesar side salads, a grilled cheese, fries, and mac and cheese. Beware that the easiest way to access the hotel is via Toll Roads so you will have to pay to drive to and from. You can avoid tolls if you drive a little bit out to the 5 but just so you know if your GPS takes you to the 241 that is a toll road and you will have to login to the website and pay within 5 days. Also if you are a Silver Hotels.com member and booked for the 'spa credit' or 'late checkout' you should notify the front desk so they can change your checkout from 12 to 2. They have no idea about the spa credit. Lastly please beware that they have some 'long term' residents there. On our second night they called and complained about noise from our 3 year olds foot steps at 8 pm then showed up at our door about 2.25 mi after I hung up with the front desk. That made the rest of our time there incredibly uncomfortable. So if you end up in room 252 (family suite) and have kids I would just ask for another room off the bat because they will complain and trying to restrict a toddler from running is pretty hard. We were uptight the rest of our stay and honestly wanted to check out but just decided to tough it out. The breakfast is full, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns and made to order omelets. Overall I wont stay here again but I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying and fingers crossed you have a better experience than we did.
