Rooms are very dated, feels very late 90's. The bathtub drained slowly and burped up sandy water as it did drain, so standing in the remnants of past showers was gross.
There is no central control to the AC/room temperature. The TV was a 45 degree angle to the bed. The refrigerator is in the closet. There were light bulbs that needed changing. There is zero class to these rooms.
Dated, dingy- had more a Travel Lodge vibe than a "4 Star Resort"
We're local to the area, so the touristy amenities just weren't enough to overcome such a wanton disregard for the modern hotel experience.
Do yourself a favor, get a nicer room in which to be comfortable, and uber to your attractions.

FYI daily maid service is not standard. We stayed 3 nights and got 1 towel change. We were not bothered but it is nice to know

The room was dated, there was dust throughout the room, the tub drained very slow, I didn’t expect a parking fee after the amount spent on the room, the room was not up to my expectations. Don’t think I will use this site again

Nice location on Mission Bay, nice grounds, friendly staff. Not impressed with the restaurant and it sounded like workers were moving furniture above us most nights. Room across the hall had a loud fan noise of some sort at night and part of the day Not worth the 4 night stay at over $400 per night.

Loved the grounds close to beach, pool lacked towels chronically. Had to buy our own. Room size very comfortable size. On of the two beds did not have fresh linens we never saw housekeeping so used same towels for four days no one even emptied the trashes in the room Do four days for three people. luxury towels and sheets would make a huge difference as our towels were thin and worn out. It is a beautiful place that is “tired”. Needs freshing up with paint and room renovations. Best part is the amazing vegetation and rare ducks and birds
