No one on duty at the desk. When I left, I could not get anyone to come to the desk to give me a receipt for my stay. The room had a noisy bathroom fan. The window locks were broken. The smoke detector was disconnected and laying on the table. This place was sub-standard.

Nothing was unique about this place . The only think that I like was the place was spacious. Too much money for such a bad hotel :( the toilet Handel was broken, the room smell like cigar because everyone goes to smoke next to the room. sofa was dirty , missing curtains, microwave didn’t work ,WiFi didn’t work , room was not ready on time, the room key didn’t work the next day and had to wait for ever for the receptionist to fix it , the receptionist had bad attitude and had to wait for her like 30 minutes to check in because I think she was sleeping . I would never stay there again :(

Room smells bad and dusty. There was pasta sauce splash in the microwave and on the counter. The towels were old and dusty. The hair dryer was not provided even we requested when booking.

I've traveled around the world and have never paid this much for such unpleasant accommodations. The rooms are dark and dingy, the furniture uncomfortable, and the owner indifferent, yet the price was more than I spent anywhere else on a two-week trip from Las Vegas to LA to Palm Springs. Easily the worst place my kids and I have stayed in 20 years. Nothing positive about this hotel except location/proximity. Do NOT stay here.

Very comfortable and near some great places.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was great. It is also near some really great and fun places. We will definitely stay here next time we're in San Diego.

Stay somewhere else!

Do not stay here! We're do I begin? The beds are a full size, not queen, too small for two people! The bed spreads on the bed were gross!!! One of them had a cigarette burn. The sheets were paper thin so if you are cold you have to throw the bedspread on top of you. The fridge was not emptied out, who knows how long the juice bottle that was in their was left there? No blow dryer in the room, not enough towels had to ask for more, no decent toiletries, no extra security latch on front door, no ice , didn't see any vending machines!!! The room itself is pretty small, especially the space in between the beds. Breakfast....if you can call it that was a small Danish and their gross coffee, that's it!!! Only a few tight parking spots. To top it off, I'm 99% sure that I left something there, when I called the office to see if they had it they did not. No offer to check, no offer to ask employee who cleaned room! This place should be 1 star. I should have booked the days inn down the street like I was going to, lesson learned!!
