The double queen room is just right but the single queen room is quite small. Overall because of cleanliness and staff it is a very nice hotel.

The first thing I noticed was how good and fresh it smelled- clean but without the industrial feel. This was after a full week of rain and no sun. The front desk associates were amazing!! Check in was easy and fast, the associate worked quickly and efficiently and was easy to understand verbally. The check out procedure was super easy too and the associate also displayed a quick and efficient demeanor. The breakfast was set up really nice and had many options and was easy to navigate. There were clean tables to eat at. The outside of the property was very well kept, well lit and confined to the front part of the property which made me feel safer than the lots that extend out to the rear and are not used as much. Room was comfortable and clean and stocked. I was close to the elevators but did not hear much noise. Overall great stay!!

I felt like a criminal. It seems so unfair to charge a deposit just because we get a discount from you. The front desk examined my drivers license with a fine tooth comb and my credit card like that too. The door key had to be programmed 3 times because they did not work. The room was clean though.
