staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful. The room was very large and very very clean. I received a call at checkout from a rude person at front desk threatening to charge for another day if i did not leave. only for me to call back and advise i was gone from the property already and she was miss informed about be still being here

Staff very friendly and professional. Room was clean, updated and surroundings quiet.reasonably priced. The fitness center was clean and equipped well for me. Parking needs a little help, yet not sure you can reconfigure the lot and building.
