Enjoyed the stay, disappointed with the parking garage. Disappointed that the room wasn’t cleaned after the first day and nobody told us we needed to request cleaning.

We have stayed here several times and have been pleased, however this time to me they placed us in a substandard room (1211) Not sure we will be staying here in the future. Also I requested room service for our room and that never happened. Not sure way they are going downhill.

This place has a 7000 sq ft gym....with a walking/running track. Best place i have stayed at ever! Staff is auper friendly and helpful.

Everything was 5 stars except for 1. Parking situation was a bit confusing at first - then was scolded by tower front desk lady for walking through tower from parking garage with my dog (even though hotel is dog friendly???) 2. No microwaves in rooms However the rooms were exceptionally clean and the hotel staff are so friendly and inviting! Would absolutely stay again.
