I would like to take an opportunity to compliment two staff members of the Crowne Plaza hotel @ Playhouse Square. Ms. April and Ms. Charlene were very customer service friendly, courteous, professional and spoke to me by name as they saw me exiting/entering the property Daily. I'm an avid traveler and I've stayed at a number of hotels. These employees made me feel extra special acknowledging my membership with IHG Club, ensuring any additional towels/room service (phone VM light blinking) and overall customer service provided during my stay on June 30th-July 2nd. Please make every effort to inform the Crown Plaza at Playhouse Sq. management team of these two Exceptional employees in my opinion. I can truly appreciate their attempt to provide outstanding customer service. Thumbs Up to this hotel and staff!
