WE FOUND BED BUGS! UPON ENTERING THE ROOM AND OF COURSE DECIDED WE COULDN'T STAY. I WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY WOULDN'T REFUND THE ROOM COST EVEN THOUGH WE HADN'T BEEN IN THE ROOM 5 MINS. NO EXCUSE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR.

I like that they had free breakfast the beds were clean and the room had a nice tv and a mini fridge and microwave. However my room was a little dusty and the bathroom was older and needed a slight update.

First checked us into a dirty room. Housekeeper was very rude. She was in hallway we told her immediately got an attitude when I asked her to call front desk. She told me to up there. I then got my attitude and told her to do her job. The gentleman up front immediately came down to check room and assign new room. Which was very nice. The hot tub was not working which is one of the reasons we booked it. Upon walking into building in back, there was a group of Druggies hanging out there. Leaning against buildin smoking. Sorry to be abrupt about the people. But it makes you feel uncomfortable and uneasy about safety of car and self. The breakfast was not a great selection. I believe this site to be family owned and I respect that they were probably all family working, but unprofessional attitude not called for. Not the most updated facility.

For $250 a night in the summer months, this was not a good value. It is conveniently located near many big box shopping centers and a 20 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. There is no elevator. We stayed in a business suite with a king size bed. Everything was clean. Some noise because we were at the top of the stairs. If Baymont is going to take advantage of the summer season and charge higher prices, renovate with quality materials.
