The staff are very nice. My main complaint is the air conditioner works but is very loud. The fan in the bathroom also too loud. The electrical outlets don’t all work. It’s on a very busy street, too, so overall a very noisy experience.

I am sorry the air conditioner was loud for you. Some of the outlets work with the light coming in the front door We are on the street so sometimes the street noise can be loud. The further back you are in the hotel helps

Nothing too unique - just a quiet and safe place to stay while in town for a memorial service. Very grateful for the attention to detail and the accessible room makes life easier for my 83 year old mom and me.
