Card key failed to work, went to desk and they gave me new ones which also failed. Manager went to the door and determined the batteries in the door had died. She had new ones and the door working in a few minutes. Excellent service from the staff.

Our room smelled musty like the ac needed cleaning. The side tables were very dusty. The bathroom floor was dirty around the edges. W had a king suite, checked in 3 people and the pull out bed didn’t have sheets in it, nor were there enough towels. Called the desk and were informed we would have to come and get them.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

The staff was extremely friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. It is a nice Suite when on a tight budget. Will stay here again if get the chance.

Outside of the property looked nice. The hallway to our floor was dirty, it needed to be vacuumed, get into our room it reeked of cigarette smoke and our carpet was dirty. It also needed to be vacuumed or shampooed. I will not or do not recommend to stay at this Hotel for the price that I paid for the room.
