I liked everything. The staff was kind and polite. They followed covid rules. My husband left his wedding band, and it was returned. I live in NY, and we did shopping, dinner, and a Broadway show so it was great to have a nice room to return to. They added to the New York experience.

The Hotel is located in front of a construction which make the rooms very noisy. The registration staff was, I am not sure if the word rude is the right one, but he was not friendly at all.
