"Great place to Stay!"
Beautiful hotel the rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. and because it's a small hotel no crowds to deal with in the lobby or at the elevators. The staff is very attentive. It's close to everything in the Broadway/theater area. If u take ur car and park at garage in same block u can get a voucher from hotel it gives u about 40% off of parking. Have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed and have sent family members there several times!!!

"Gorgeous room. Perfect location."
Our second stay at the Penninsula. We usually try different hotels in NYC, but decided to return for convenience sake. Everything was perfect including the beautiful lunch on the rooftop sun terrace. We've tried a lot of places, but we'll be back here next time.

"Nice hotel"
Hotel was very nice. Traffic made it necessary to walk down to Lexington Avenue to hail a cab. Traffic from Queens Tunnel flows through area and is very heavy.

"Great location"
Purpose of trip was a fun weekend to see a Broadway play and the Holiday lights of NYC. Langham Place was a central location for all we wanted to do and were able to walk everywhere. Convenient to subways if you wanted to travel that route. It has a good bar, good drinks to end the day watching the activity on 5th Avenue.

"Charming Hotel but pricey"
The hotel is beautiful and for Christmas was elegantly decorated. Lobby is very comfortable, cozy and pretty and people do use it. On Christmas day in the lobby we were offered very good complimentary champagne. The location could not be better. Very easy to get taxis. The rooms are comfortable and well outfitted. Keurig pot complimentary upon request. Also coffee in lobby in the morning. Beds are extremely comfortable but no top sheet on the bed; only a covered comforter which was too warm. But top sheets were easily gotten the next day. The rooms are absolutely devoid of street noise (we were on the 18th floor). The view of non-descript buildings was OK; nothing exciting. Control of temperature in the room is easy and accurate. This is a dog friendly hotel and they mean it. No problems taking her across lobby or even through contiguous restaurant - in my arms of course. However, there is absolutely no grass for dog to use, no park, etc. I used wee-wee pads to which my dog is trained. The staff is extraordinary: very pleasant, helpful and cheerful even when working Christmas Eve and Day. All our needs were met immediately. For all of this you do pay a price.

"Excellent location, great value!"
When we arrived, we were greeted by a very professional gentleman at the front desk who quickly checked us in to our room (and upgraded us to a king size bed that was not available at the time of booking, we were thrilled!). The room was clean and well kept. The lobby area was very welcoming. The lounge is a perfect choice for this hotel. The value for this hotel is outstanding! I would definitely come back next time I have plans to be in New York City!

"BEST HOTEL EVER!"
I knew that staying at the Plaza Hotel would be an experience in itself but I had no idea just how awesome it would be! The hotel is gorgeous of course and the staff was more than welcoming. The only issue we had was with our shower head in the bathroom. It was spraying water like crazy and even though we reported it twice, the hotel was very apologetic and had it fixed immediately! They kept saying how sorry they were and even sent us up a complimentary bottle of bubbly which for us first time visitors to New York was just such a treat! I don't know if I will ever be able to afford staying there again, but this hotel stay made my first trip to New York all that more memorable.

"Excellent location"
Can't beat the location - close to the theatres but not too close, and close to Rockefeller Center. Staff were lovely. Room was nice and quiet - bed comfortable. It was a little tired - could use a bit of an update. Carpet was a bit stained. Overall it was good - just needs a little make-over of the d├ęcor.

"Perfect location in Manhattan!"
We were a block from Times Square. We were very close to the subway system as well. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast offerings awesome as well. The concierge, doormen, and housekeeping staff were so nice and helpful. They knew me by name and were very personable. The cheese/wine reception every night before dinner was delicious. The rates were competitive as well. The hotel was beautiful and timeless. There was also a nice courtyard to have coffee on.
