The decor was flawless, the cocktails at the bar were great the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were in town from NY for a Suns game and location was great. Would definitely make another trip.

Great hotel
Hotel is in a good location and walking distance to many restaurants. There is a Starbucks on property which made our morning coffee runs easy. Room service was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was also very clean, quiet, and staff was very attentive.

The hotel was very clean and all staff was very hospitable, especially the housekeepers and maintenance personnel. We did receive conflicting information regarding the club room and restaurant so feel communication could be better between Management and team members.

Amazing service at Hotel Renaissance PHX
The service was amazing. I accidentally had a duplicate booking from a third party vendor. The third party did not want to issue a refund, but the staff at the hotel was very helpful in securing me that refund. Also, I left my cell phone in a Waymo self driving car and the hotel staff tracked it down for me and got it back. This was after I had already checked out. If it wasn’t for their help, I would have had to return home without my phone.
