"Second time's a charm"
This was our second stay at the Times Square Doubletree Suits. This was better than the first. The staff was gracious, useful, and committed to our enjoyment. The room was superb--isolated, quiet, spacious, and perfectly located to see wonderful views of Times Square, Seventh Avenue, and the Theatre District. Room service was quick, accurate, and provided hot entrees within minutes. The female concierge (long hair and Brooklyn accent, sorry we can't remember her name) was superb. She went out of her way to get us a dinner reservation when no one online would respond for the following evening. The bell staff was always immediately available to us to secure a reliable cabbie to a known destination and good directions to any meaningful site nearby. Internet service turned out to be free and quick. Housekeeping (normally not a consideration) was amazingly quick and responsive. No matter when we left the room, it was inevitably restored to its pristine status when we returned.

"Very cool hotel right near Time's Square. "
I stayed here for 2 nights over a weekend. The hotel is very modern looking in how it is decorated and laid out. Very fun atmosphere. The rooms are very small, but very well decorated and comfortable. Loved the bathroom; so well designed. I didn't mind the size of the room, as it was just myself. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel bar is excellent. You can walk very easily to Time's Square and you are close to lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation. I was very happy with this choice and would stay again.

"Quiet, yet stylish hotel! Very reasonable!"
Would definitely choose again. Nice suite with queens, kitchenette and clean, modern bathroom. Nice lobby for lounging around and hotel offers wine in the lounge on many days (free) Requisite fitness center was there with a decent enough variety. Great staff!!! Every communication I had with the staff was friendly and informative. Beds were quite comfy...absolutely no complaints there. in room TV was at least a 42" model. Nice touch. Plenty of restaurants, mini markets, dry cleaners, coffee shops close by. Clyde, the concierge was quite helpful on a snowy day when there seemed to be nothing to do. Money well spent.

"Fastest, Friendliest Check-in I've Ever Had!"
I used to work across the street from the Hyatt for years. I had mistakenly thought of it as a factory. I stayed here Christmas Eve because had to catch an ear'y flight to Florida. The check in people were FAST ! And to my shock, they were friendly My room was cozy, warmly furnished and bigger than what I had expected. The only thing missing was a remote control for the tv. Housekeeping delivered one quickly. the waiters at the restaurant were funny and friendly . I was so sorry there was no clock in my room but that's the only complaint I have.

"Beautiful hotel away from the chaos "
My experience at Ink was about as good as a hotel experience gets. When I arrived the room was ready. And it was even more spacious than the photos, which is usually the opposite. There was lots of lighting to set any mood you want. The bed was just right and perfect soft pillows. Staff was all A+ as well.

"Adequate for quick overnight stay"
Needed a bed for an overnight stay so I didn't have to schlep home after a show and back in 5 hours later for work. Small room, a little musty until I turned on the air conditioning. Adequate for what I needed but not the level of comfort I would want when traveling

"Great location for mid-town business meetings. "
This was my first stay at The Mansfield. While I had opted for the cheapest (smallest) room, I really liked the ambience of the hotel and the convenient location to my business meetings. The bar was lively and the food was very good.

"Hotel in Times Square."
It was a great hotel... with great staff and accommodations. The room was real small but we didn't stay in the room much. The view from the room was not anywhere close to the photos online. Overall, the hotel was great for location and the employees were very helpful and kind.

"Adequate hotel if you can get a good deal"
I got an Travelocity deal for $200. For that amount this was adequate. But don't pay full price for this hotel. If you stay here and you want a window that you can see out of you should ask for that. My window was frosted so you couldn't see out of it (room 212). If you just need a place to sleep this is a great place...it's very quiet. Staff was very helpful and nice and my room was very clean. But be aware this hotel doesn't meet normal standard of a Kimpton hotel.

"Everything was great!"
Everything was great!  The entire staff was not only professional, but very personable and accommodating. From the doormen, to the bell hops to the front desk staff and the concierge staff...excellent service!!  My husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniversary and we were graciously upgraded to a suite near the top floor, as well as complimentary champagne with chocolate covered strawberries and they even through in breakfast one morning!  Very classy!! Kimberly was fabulous!  Upon our return to NYC, we will definitely be staying at The Benjamin again!!!  Double thumbs up to all at The Benjamin.....you truly made our anniversary in the Big Apple a memorable one!!  Thank you for everything
