Place is pretty run down. Hall carpets have bare spots in them. We had a leaky fridge and water soaked carpet in front of it. We threw a towel on top and dealt with it. Food was good and the front desk would take care of anything we needed. The problems here are poor management and up keep.

The temperature was over 90 degrees when we entered the room. The heating/cooling unit was blowing extremely hot air into the room. When I contacted the desk, we were quickly moved into another room.

Staff friendly there is no food places near property rooms in need of improvement ie holes, cracks, repairs in bathroom need to be repainted. Room was big, free breakfast was good

Kids loved the overall look of the hotel. You can tell it is older and could use some updates. For example… holes in curtains… doors have years of scuff marks and dings. Pool was cold but kids still enjoyed. Used the laundry and clothes still came out damp. Found out after we checked in that they actually do not have their own shuttle service to the airport. They use Lyft. We chose this hotel don’t them stating they had a shuttle service to the airport. Breakfast was rushed as we had to get to the airport early and they start later on weekends. Overall, a lot of things could have been better but we have definitely stayed places that are worse.
