"Nice hotel and staff but no hot shower"
The staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and we could control the temperature of the room. The hotel was at a great location for walking to most of the things we were there to see and do. The only complaint I have is that there was not hot water in the shower.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Favorites were the excellent coffee and the shower!

"Would stay again "
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was awesome. "Patio" nothing to write home about. Great location for what I wanted - Grand Central, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, etc. Room could have been cleaner - the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed for weeks. Overall, nice stay.

"New York City Experience"
My daughter and I have made several trips to NYC and we've always ended up having to rent in Brooklyn. We don't particularly care for Brooklyn, but that was the cheapest we could get in cost. Until I found Pod 39! We've stayed there twice now and we absolutely love it. It's very clean, comfortable, affordable, and very close to all of our favorite locations. I have recommended it to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. I love Pod 39!!

"Perfection in the heart of the city"
This is my second stay at Pod 51 and it will not be my last. The hotel decor makes you feel as if you are in a 5 star modern hotel with all amenities you will need. The room itself is clean and cozy. It provides you with that home away from home feel that will not let you down. A gem in the city. Price is right and you definitely get what you pay for and more. Highly recommended. I will always choose pod 51 when staying in Manhattan.

"EXCELLENT HOTEL"
We've been staying at the Park South for the past 2 years and it just keeps getting better. You will not find another small boutique hotel in this part of the city better, for the price, than Park South. The only downside is; rooms are quite small and very compact, which is common place for NYC.

"Very nice, but a little surprised"
The hotel was beautiful, and the doormen and bellboys (sic) were loverly. Staff at the front desk was rather cold, and I was very surprised there was no exercise facility in the hotel.

"Christmas in NYC"
Langham Place is a wonderful hotel. Great location for visiting local NYC sites. We were able to upgrade to a suite that was wonderful for my family of 4. The extra bathroom and bed was great. Complimentary soft drinks and water were a nice surprise. The entire staff was helpful from recommending local places to visit and eat, to arranging transportation to airport. We have nothing negative to stay about our stay at the Langham Place
