Looked at 4 different rooms, two of them stunk, and the other two were not clean… did not stay, went to another hotel, and I have to call Travelocity about this, since thank God, I purchased travel insurance…

This place was so run down we were afraid it would crumble while we were there. Could not get out of there fast enough!

It was disgusting. The bedding was dirty (like sticky stuff on the bedding). We ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of the sheet it was so gross. Outrageously priced for how rundown and dirty the hotel was.

The room was not real clean, smelled really bad of smoke. Had a mouse in the room so we cancelled our room and left.

My family and 5 other family checked in for a softball tournament and we all where very unhappy with our stay.The facility was beyond filthy. Their customer service was horrible. One of the other families had a handicap child and they gave them an upstairs room with no elevator available to them. I checked out and recieved someone else receipt with there personal information. I will never return to this facility.

Where do i start...check in was a shambles. Room was dirty and whole place was a mess. Took pics was disgusting.
