Room was ready early, that was good. But the room was not very clean, and very outdated. Also there was no mini fridge in my room, and the water pressure was awful. Oh and only one elevator was working. Not likely to ever return here.

We're sorry you encountered difficulties with our amenities such as the lack of a mini fridge and weak water pressure. Additionally, we're mindful of the inconvenience a single operating elevator can cause and normally ensure that all our elevators are functional. Your feedback guides us in improving our overall accommodation quality and is much appreciated. Despite this experience, we do hope you might consider giving us another chance to impress you in the future.

No fridge staff below polite. You can tell that this is an old Motel is showing a lot of wear and tear and for the price that you pay for it’s definitely not worth it. Are you still living in a beach town and the motels would run circles around this place there’s not even room service not happy at all. I believe I should get at least part refund getting information out of people here about the area is like pulling teeth.

Too many things. No instruction ahead of time where to put car before checking in. Had to walk outside around the building to get to fromt desk. Was accosted by a bum. Paint peeling outside of an unmarked building. Nowhere does it say ‘Holiday Inn’. Room was set at 67 when its getting in the low 60’s at night. No heat in any of the rooms. Complained so they brought up a space heater. $45 parking fee to park the car OUTSIDE. Front desk staff dressed shabilly. Power doesn’t work in either lamps. No USB outlets to charge anything. Not a good hotel. Shame on Holiday Inn.

The hotel did not have signage on the outside of the building. It is soo outdated and looks nothing like the pictures. It smelled so horrible. Will not stay again nor recommend.
