The hotel room was nice and clean but there was no microwave and hair dryer. When I called for a hair dryer it took almost an hour to get to my room. Breakfast was included however the older lady in charge of it said it wasn’t. She told us to get a plate while she confirmed with the front desk. She came back saying it wasn’t and wanted to charge us $15 per person and said it had to be cash. I called the hotel and it was confirmed breakfast was included. Long story short, she never asked the front desk and when she saw me calling, she said to forget about the payment :/

It was awful, the worse paid accomodation I've ever had. I stayed there for 5 nights and there was no housekeeping service, I had to go to the front desk to request fresh towels which were handed to me right in the lobby. The carpet was stained and dirty, I had to wear socks which I dumped at the end of my stay because they were so filthy. For majority of my stay, only 1 elevator worked. We took 9 flights of stairs a few times because of the elevator situation. The key cards do not work once you've left the hotel and been out shopping (due to electronic interference 😕??) The worst experience was Old Years night/ New Years day, after celebrating I returned to the hotel to get a few hours sleep before my flight on January 1st, my key card did not work so I had to return to the lobby to have it re-programmed (no surprise there, I'd been doing it everyday). There was no front desk attendant and other person's were waiting in the lobby. I waited until almost 2 hours before getting help and did not get access to my room until after 3am. I was very relieved to be checking out the next day.

Not comfortable at all, wall under window was wet and look like it had mold growing. Bathroom was not clean, ironing board cover very dirty, overall was not happy. People just hanging around the entrance, not able to get clean towels when requested

If I have to critic anything I would say the condition of the bathroom. The door stuck due to it being loose from the door frame bracket. The repair work in and around the bathtub looks like someone did their own home repair work without knowledge of how to make it look professional. The television was glued down with a resin to prevent theft. I understand the reason, however, I feel it could have been done in better taste. The base of the television was also broken in one corner. I would suggest a door stop should be bolted to the ground to prevent the entry door into the room from slamming into the glass sliding doors of the closet which are directly behind the door. Upon checking out of the room, I lost my grip with the door which caused the door to slam into those said doors rather hard and loud. The last thing I would want is to be found at fault for unintentional damage which could be prevented. We enjoyed our brief stay none-the-less.
