We were in town for Dan Le Batard’s Mas Miami party. This property was perfect! It was in the perfect location and very clean. The outdoor patio area was a total vibe as well!

Great place to stay in Wynwood!
We totally loved our stay in this clean and well laid out home. Access was easy and the owner responsive. We loved the neighborhood and were able to walk to the Wynwood Walls section and the Design District! We would stay again!

Filled with Roaches and dirty
The house was not only filled with roaches and no I’m not exaggerating. Other bugs lined window ceils. The water pressure if you want to even call it that was abysmal. I contacted the owner the second day and he was aware of the situation and came and out weather stripping around the front door which is where the roaches snuck in. This did absolutely nothing. All I had asked was for a cleaner to come and clean up the 15+ roaches and dead flies around the house that we killed but they did not. Definitely not the way I wanted to spend my birthday. On top of it all VRBO has asked me to ask the owner for the money back and he has not even responded. Why would vrbo put this in my hands? I have all the receipts and pictures to prove it. BAD BAD BAD HANDS DOWN NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Excellent experience
I stayed at Ivan’s property for 7 days. Ivan was excellent at communicating with us for anything that we needed prior to and during our stay. The house is located just about 9 minutes away from the airport and in an up and coming neighborhood. The house was clean and all the beds and pillows super comfy. The place is charming and with 3 bedrooms, you have Plenty of space. This kitchen is also very spacious. You have access to the backyard which is setup with lights, small bar and lounging furniture. I can’t complain about this stay at all. We also had the chance to meet Ivan and he was lovely to speak to. I Definitely recommend this property for your trip!!
