Simple basic place to stay for a night or 2. No desk chair makes it difficult to work from room if working on a project on airport side of 36th St. Patio Tipico across street is good place to eat & have a beer after work.

It was great to have the shuttle to the airport, but the mattress in the room was old, as soon as I laid down, I rolled to the middle, since it cave in the middle. :(

Wow, this is not the place to stay. The hotel is dated and gross! My sisters and I stayed here one night. As we were heading to our room (after dragging our heavy luggage up the stairs) we saw another person who walked into a room that was not yet vacated. Our room was dirty stuff on the floor and sheets, the toilet and bathroom had hair all over it, and the bed slept like a taco, (broken down the middle) pressing the two people on top of each other in the middle. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again. The only redeeming quality is that the staff was friendly.

I Call the hotel to make sure I can get picked up. I waited one hour and a half I kept calling back the hotel it took too long so I took an order for $12 from the airport to the hotel when I arrived at the hotel I had to wait almost 30 minutes because they were too busy speaking Spanish with their friends I asked about the ride they told me someone will be there shortly I’m fortunately I already was there After waiting one hour and a half

Not what I expected

From the pictures online it looks ok, but in actuality it’s quite the opposite. It’s very small and seems more like a motel or truck stop kind of place just to spend the night grab a bite to eat and leave. I was actually glad I was only spending one night. The decor in the lobby was really tacky and the music (classical) contrary to what they probably thought wasn’t really inviting. It made it feel creepy. Parking is ok, WiFi works, rooms are small and bathroom even smaller. But I guess you at what you pay for. Breakfast was ok.

Cons: Tell people that the van says Dsys INN
Location: na
It took the Shuttle 2 hours to pick me up because it was dark and it was hard to see the names on the White Van. The hotel is not suitable for senior or folks with mobility issues as they do not have an elevator.

Dead roaches

They were roaches in my room and the bathroom and even where the continental supposed to breakfast wise they were dead roaches there to the facilities were unclean and I'm surprised at the health department hasnt and say anything

overall experience

Pros: The front desk person was very nice when when we first arrived. He apoligized the inconveniences we experienced with late shuttle service and shower
Cons: faster shuttle service, coffee in the lobby, and good working shower and carpet the hallway
Location: The purpose of our trip was to get some sleep
It took over 2 hours to be picked up from MIA free shuttle service; had to call at least 5 times. The front desk attendent was very friendly and courtious when we check in (he was the only positive experience I had!). The front desk attendent that check us out in the morning (4:00am) was not very friendly. Didn't ask how are stay was or even smile. The shuttle bus driver seemed very mad. He didn't appolagize for picking us up 2 hours late or even smile. He appeared mad and frusterated. No breakfast or complimentary coffee. The shower leaked a stream all over the floor. Because the shower leaked so bad, I didn't even take a shower!! The room seemed really old with loose electrical sockets and visable cracks around the socket plates. The hallways were tiled, so you could hear every person walking down the halls all night. I decided to stay at your hotel because I wanted to get to sleep right away because of our early morning flight! Instead, I'm luck that I got 2 hours of sleep by the time we were picked up and the load noises in the hallway (people walking up and down the hallway with shoes)!! Worst hotel I every stayed in!!
