NICE HOTEL, SOME EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE TRAINED. Posted Aug 20, 2015
I stated at the hotel for one night. I rented an oceanfront view room. My stayed would have been prolonged if the room was not located in front of the cleaning supplies housekeeping room!!! Not much care about the talking because you need to communicate, but someone them slamming the doors every other minute!!! They stopped when I said :Please be considerate"!! In my opinion, they don;t do it intentionally, but management need to address the issue ASAP. Also, I work in property management and work in a building with other 500 + apartments which building was built over 25 years ago and the carpet look immaculate. The hotel carpet looks that it needs to be replaced. Some of the front desk staff when I arrived looked at me like "what are you doing in here?''. I GOT TO STOPPED BY SATING THAT NATALIE IS THE BEST. AFTER READING ALL THE COMMENTS, I WENT STRAIGHT TO HER. Other than this, the room was beautiful, but I can't go back until I heard from a manager that the housekeeping slamming door problems gets resolved.
