Hi, We arrive late in the night and we didn't have our coffee machine. They told us to wait tomorrow morning after 7h30am. If you're awake soon, you have to buy coffee downstaire, I were unhappy. Please give me coffee in the morning if you can't give me my coffee machine.This is an attrap tourists. We had water damage in the room and this was long before having a concierge, we calles at the desk, we advise house keeper and we decide to go to the desk to tell them. When the repairer came in our absence, he left our door open during long time, maybe 30 minutes or more. The manager were unhappy about me because I was furious against them. She told me than anabody came to my room, so we had un room at the end of the 3th floor, in a corner. Then I had to cry to be changed chamber. We were given a smaller room and sofa bed was horrible. My children had to sleep on that, when even my dogs would have refused. The service at the hotel is slow or there is not. We called to 10h45pm for a blanket because my children had only a sheet. Rendering midnight, we slept without blanket. The children did not sleep all night. I called for a corkscrew in the room, but as it was too long, I went down to the desk. They refused to open me and insisted that I wait a sommelier to my room. Another tourist grabs to force us to give more tip. When we did our check out, we had no service, as if we no longer exist.
