nice enviroment

Location: Good position, excellent hotel facilities, perfect access to the beach and close to the best shopping center.
Excellent in every aspect. Front Desk attention good. Hotel Room nice and clean, despite did not have view to the ocean this time. tks.

Needs to be updated.

Pros: Location - It is right on the beach. Nice area to hang out. Shops are within walking distance.
Cons: It was dated, beat up and dirty. House Keeping knocked on the door several times at strange hours.

Convenient location

Pros: It's by the beach, close to public transportation, and close to other dining options
Cons: The guest laundry should have small detergent packets available for purchase.
Location: The location is perfectly situated by the bus stops. Aventura Mall to the north and Haulover Beach State Park to the south are about 10 minutes.
We stayed 6 nights and had a great time. The hotel has comfortable, clean rooms, and a million day view of the ocean. The property is very well kept. The pool has lots of lounges and umbrellas. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dining options were good. You can get coffee and pastries in lobby cafe, have breakfast at Ocean Reef restaurant and have drinks at the pool bar or lobby bar/lounge. The hotel is very family friendly.

Wasnt bad, bUT everything is very expensive in that area. Not budget friendly.

when we checked in, the front desk told us they charge a $300 holding fee (which would have been nice to know before hand). We used the valet service which was $25 a night ($5 more than they charge for self parking). The first night, one of the valet guys hit our rental car with someone else's car. There was only minor damage but we had to wait until the next morning to handle it with the manager. When we came down the next morning, the manager was already inspecting the car and told us the damage wasn't from his guy hitting the car and if we filled a claim, we would have to pay for it. Smh he swore that just because he watched the video, he could tell the damaged was there prior. The damage was not there before because we inspected the car for damages and annotated it with the rental car company. We went back and forth with him before he finally did and incident report. Then housekeeping barged in even though we had the do not disturb sign up, the rooms safe kept malfunctioning with our valuables inside, maintenance decided to install a door 7 in the morning banging and yelling and when we asked how much longer they were rude and ignored us. I asked front desk if they could send up a sewing kit, twice someone came to the door with towels and not the sewing kit. To be honest, it was a nice hotel but not for what we paid and had to endure
