when we checked in, the front desk told us they charge a $300 holding fee (which would have been nice to know before hand). We used the valet service which was $25 a night ($5 more than they charge for self parking). The first night, one of the valet guys hit our rental car with someone else's car. There was only minor damage but we had to wait until the next morning to handle it with the manager. When we came down the next morning, the manager was already inspecting the car and told us the damage wasn't from his guy hitting the car and if we filled a claim, we would have to pay for it. Smh he swore that just because he watched the video, he could tell the damaged was there prior. The damage was not there before because we inspected the car for damages and annotated it with the rental car company. We went back and forth with him before he finally did and incident report. Then housekeeping barged in even though we had the do not disturb sign up, the rooms safe kept malfunctioning with our valuables inside, maintenance decided to install a door 7 in the morning banging and yelling and when we asked how much longer they were rude and ignored us. I asked front desk if they could send up a sewing kit, twice someone came to the door with towels and not the sewing kit. To be honest, it was a nice hotel but not for what we paid and had to endure
