Clean, spacious property with great location near beach, walking paths and shopping. Three pools to go to in the complex. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Great family vacation
We had a short trip planned to Miami area and this was a perfect place to stay for our family. Short drive to the airport, great beach, pool was close to our room, grills to use by the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Fun !
The property was clean and comfortable. The property owner, Encina, was quick to respond to our few, initial questions. The entire Key Colony complex is very well maintained and has friendly staff as well as friendly residents. Beach access was simple, and the covered parking was a big plus. Our family of 4 had a great time!

Awesome!
This place was in a great location with access to the beach. (The only drawback was there is only 1 umbrella per room, regardless of the number of people staying.) There are great places to eat nearby, as well as a drug store and grocery store. Just two miles south is a State Park with a lighthouse that we also visited and enjoyed. Our host was very responsive to all our communications and we had a great time.

Location, location!
Awesome place! Great communication with hosts. Very good location. The only negative, the beds are not very comfortable, but we didn’t go there to sleep!

Misleading Property
This property was great as far as size only. We had 6 adults and 2 children. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days, no trash bags, garbage disposal did not work thus creating backup when dishwasher was used, very unsanitary! The floor was extremely dirt, do not look under the couch!! Dirt, food, and cigarette packet. The photos look great but the actual walls are different colors - there must have been a flood because there was water damage inside one bathroom where the walls were moldy but painted over. The neighbors are extremely loud and children running around the courtyard with no supervision. I realized this is not directly related to the property itself, however it is frustrating when you are trying to sleep at night!. Very disappointed!

Perfect stay for my family.
This property was a dream. We not only had plenty of room for our family of 7, but the private beach was perfect. We didn't mind the short walk to the water. The beach umbrella and chairs provided were also a great addition. The condo was quiet and well furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated since the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. The island of Key Biscayne was beautiful and a short drive to the city. It was an incredible vacation for my family.
