Never stay here again!

Pros: nothing
Cons: replace staff with people who will listen to the customer and have staff do what they say they are going to do.
toilet had no flushing power, room was not cleaned up after my first night

A Hidden Jewel

Pros: Quiet, lots of space, fast WiFi, nice staff, breakfast. Next door to a drug store and grocery. Also close to highway exit.
Cons: Not many options on the cable service. They really can't improve on this but the location is tricky because it's on a 5 street intersection.
Location: In a residential area so not much to do. Also not a lot of restaurants close by. However, the ones we found were nice; a few within walking distance.
Liked this hotel. Huge room with a kitchenette (which we didn't use) and reasonably priced. Shame we were only there 1 night.

Terrible experience

We waited 25 minutes in looby for some one to attend us. They gave us a dirty room with bad odors.. we needed to request a diferent room... if was not prepaid we were ready to move to another place... this is the most ecpensive extended stay but terrible service. Then you have to pay $19.56 to park your car in the hotel.

This hotel was an average hotel, nothing special.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Nothing close
The workers were nice. Although they charged if you wanted them to clean your room. Customer service is not the best, if you needed anything for example towels or toilet paper, you had to go down to the desk to get it yourself. I like that the rooms have a mini kitchen in it so we didn't have to always eat out to survive.

Nice hotel but no features

Cons: No free Internet
Hotel is clean. Location is decent. No free wireless. No roll-aways. Staff is sometimes hard to track down but very nice. Well priced against other hotels in the area.

apartment away from home, a great concept,

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. i love the amenities of a kitchenette, to prepare my own foods. i was able to shop for Organic foods i love at the pulblix store a block down the street. there was a 24 hour waogreens across the street. staff gave me excellent directions. to navigate and the location was great for my convention. the area was secured and in a very safe neighborhood. i will be looking for more of their locations wherever i travel. the place was clean and quiet and i did not have to worry about privacy or missing items.

Decent Property, Excellent Location, Staff Tries, Undergoing Soft Renovation

I've stayed here weekly for the past couple of months. It's reasonably clean, the staff tries really hard but has only so much to work with. It's currently undergoing a soft renovation (new carpet, floors, bedspreads and curtains). For the life of me, I don't get why they don't install new curved shower curtains. Existing ones are the cheap ones that blow in as you shower, very irritating. Beds are pretty comfortable.\n\nRooms are reasonably quiet, definitely could upgrade the TV's and number of stations, fridge and microwave are usually clean.\n\nLike most extended stays, no daily housecleaning but will replace towels if you ask. My biggest complaint has to do with the lower 3 floors, all of the odd numbered rooms. They have flood lights at night that are exceptionally bright, and curtains that don't keep the light out. This is extremely irritating and causes me to make sure I don't have an odd numbered room on floors 1-3.\n\nThe location is outstanding, 5 blocks away from the Brickell area of downtown Miami. I walk to my office, which is a big deal because all the towers charge $12-$25 per day for parking, as do the "luxury" hotels. Parking is free here.\n\nA 24 hour Walgreens is across the street, Publix is 1 block away. Although the specific location is not in a fancy area, I have had no issues walking in the area at night. Train stations are also within walking distance.\n\nOverall, a very good value for the $$ if you don't need to be pampered.

typical extended stay value

brickell location is very convenient, staff was friendly/helpful, 1st floor corner unit was like having your own personal entrance to the building through side exit door, also lots of window space.
