Arrived 10/23, When making reservations, chose apartment with 2 levels king and 2 twins. We were given a bottom floor apartment, no sunlight and dirty. We asked for unit we chose and the answer was "not available". WEBSITE pictures are extremely deceiving!Kitchen was filthy with old food splatter on fridge, stove and food stuck to faucet sprayer. Pots and pans appeared to be rinsed and not washed. Dishwasher limited function.Coffee cups had coffee ring stains. I had to clean the kitchen before using it. (it didn't take long), that was fine for the price we paid. On our second morning, I noticed 2 dead cockroaches on the kitchen floor. The third full day noticed a large living cockroach in the kitchen. I asked management for spray throughout the day, they stated they would contact management. When I again approached the desk personnel in early evening about contacting management, the young man stated, "No, I didn't. I forgot".On Sunday 10/27, my daughter was making a plate of snacks and when she moved the plate from the cupboard to the table a cockroach ran across her hand. I visited management again, no help. We packed up and checked out. Pool had chunks of cement missing from rim, dog poop in pool area. Laundry room not updated, leaking pipes, muddy floor.The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. Bathrooms on surface were clean, however, there was painted over BLACK(mold?) stains above the shower in king bedroom.
