Perfect Location

Cons: Most everything needs a lot of TLC, especially the hall carpet, the pool chairs
This hotel needs a lot of TLC, especially due to all the new condo's being built on either side Our room was OK with the exception of a dirty stain on our headboard that was very unpleasant. The pool lounges need major repair, the beach huts need major sanding and TLC. We do love the lobster dinner on Wed nites, that is what keeps us coming back. The bar tenders are great, especially Vlad (inside lobby bar) and Aisya (Tiki pool bar).

Stay away of this place.

This place is terrible and extremely dirty. Be careful, pics on internet looks way different from what you can get. I paid for 2 bedroom apartment with 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. However I got tiny dirty apartment with 2 beds and one sofa. One room was without windows. I had to checkout next day, because this place does not even meet sanitary requirements.

Ocean view is about all it offers..

Executive suite, more like roach motel minus roaches. Old, needs updates. Balcony seemed unsafe, we made sure not to lean on it. LONG wait to check in, requested early check in we still waited 5 hours to get our room. Hotel smells funky, rooms same way. No dishes or pots in kitchenette even tho it said there would be. Way overpriced.. best part of room is the view. They even tried to bill me twice for our visit, when prepaid through TC. Guest services doesnt answer their phone. Wished we'd picked another hotel just very disappointed.

Good location, not so great room conditions

Location: Walking distance to shops and restaurants
We visited in October. The hotel is right on the beach, so the location is great- walking distance to many places such as restaurants and shops. However, the elevators seem old- they squeak and jolt. They also get bogged up at certain times of the day- at checkout time on a weekend? Forget it- you might as well take the stairs. The beds are not very comfortable- we found them hard and unpleasant. Oh, and although the showers are nice tile with glass doors- nice form, but the function is poor- the tile gets super slippery and the water pours all over the floor. And what is the point of having mirrors on the walls in the bathroom, if they are just going to fog up (no fans)?. The walls are super thin- we could hear the people in the next room and halls even when they were speaking in a regular speaking voice. We wanted to get the room service for breakfast to treat ourselves, but it was too ridiculously expensive- there are great places within a short walking distance. Also, watch out for the hidden fees- we had to pay $25 for valet parking ($20 if you want to self park)- but valet guys were quick. And, every day, we got a slip under the door from the concierge desk to get our welcome package- I stood behind someone else and realized it was just a sales pitch, so I left the line and didn't bother. If you want to be right on the beach, this is a great place. Otherwise, I felt like I could have stayed a few streets over for far less or gotten a much nicer room for the same price.

Labor Day Weekend Disappointment

Just to get on the elevator would take 20+ minutes so I had to walk up the stairs to the 7th floor. The beach equipment staff were really rude and would kick you off your chair at around 4pm. The room itself was decent, but we had to request a room change when our first room had the roof caving inside. Won't be staying here ever again. Also, lots and lots of fees!

Nice hotel , close to the beach. Beautiful view In the partial ocean view room. Good deals on drinks at the hotel bar. Beach kept clean, close to pier to walk on. Very close to restaurants within walking distance. Rooms need updated . Balcony needs a lot of work.

The hotel is dirty

This is the worst of all 4 hotels that I booked in Florida. The room is dirty and old. Plus they overcharged the room. Would never come back to this hotel.

Only the Beach

Location was the best and the beach amazing. The swimming pool ok. The room really old. Internet was not working properly, it was working only from a corner inside the room. Terrible connection. The furniture was really old and broken, it was terrible. Contains with stains, very old and ruined.
