Good location, clean etc but when I take a 3 night trip to Miami and my sink won’t spit out hot water, shower was ice cold, the toilet needed to be flushed more than once to flush, and the cold air unit did not work at all so I profusely sweat ea night it made it not so enjoyable.

It is a classic hotel right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was great and the free croissants and coffee each morning were amazing.

Was the worst experience the second day we was there with the Rehana shampoo the bed to use the same chips only towel what song is changing we didn’t have two bottles of water weather was supposed to get it every day was it was the worst hotel ever and I guess to be in the middle South Beach three customers like that is terrible I’m very disappointed with her in the top of that I had to pay $29 feet just to stay in there that’s crazy I’m very upset with that
