Everything was super. The only thing I didn't agree was the Wi-fi that I had to pay. I should be free

Good Hotel in the Pedregal area

Location is good. Room average. We had little details that will make us not to stay in this hotel next time we go to Mexico city, The carpet of the room was old and dirty, we had to ask for coffee mugs , since they didn't provide them and we were charged for them as coffee and charged us for  the room coffee every day!!!

We liked how close the hotel was to all our family members homes, especially since Mexico City is so Huge!

Rooms are too old

Staff is very nice and breakfast is good but expensive. Rooms are too old and TV are extremely old.

Excellent place to stay

This hotel was more than I could've asked for. Our room was spotless and spacious. The staff were extremely accommodating and informative. They gave great recommendations on where to eat and helpful advice on traveling around the area. Also, the bars/restaurants in the hotel were amazing. The food was a little pricey but delicious. The bar/lounge was a nice place to unwind after a long day out. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very poor service and help desk

Booked a suite for my best friend for his wedding night and one for myself and asked the hotel desk to place a bottle of champagne and flowers and rose pedals in thier room after the bride had left the room to go to the wedding. I purchased all of these items and left them in my room and was assured by the front desk that these items would be placed in the bride and grooms suite for after the wedding. I made it very clear that this was important and for a wedding night and they again assured me they would take care of it. Luckily I returned a little earlier to the hotel to check to make sure that this was done, and it was not, so I barely managed to place the items in the room myself before they arrived. When I went the front desk to inquire why they had failed to fulfill my requests, they had no excuses or reasons why the request was not done. I also found out that they had double booked my credit card for the wedding suite and did not honor their free breakfast which it had stated they got for booking a suite. Suffice to say I am not very happy with the quality of service or the explanations of what happened. Anyway, there are many hotels on that street and I travel to Mexico city often, and will never stay there again. Poor service!

Hidden Fees...

I had read from many of the other reviews on other web sites about how great this hotel was but to be careful of the hidden fees. The hotel was great as was the bed, but I am still in a disput with the hotel because even though I had reserved the room at a specific rate before my visit, when I checked out of the room the rate they charged me was $60 higher per night than the rate on my reservation reciept. Also they added a $25 a day fee for using electricity in the room, which I find to just be rediculous. I had to check out early in the morning to get to the airport and the person who could have corrected my bill was not at the hotel. I was told i would have to pay and then be refunded the money at a later date. To date the issue has still not been resolved. So as great as the hotel and the restaurant were, I'm not sure if I will ever stay here again, as they charged me about double the rate that I had agreed to pay when booking the room and have not fixed the situation in a timely manner. I normally stay in Mexico City for a week every other month, and I am dissappointed that this hotel which had so much promise has let me down.
