I feel we were given a very underwhelming room, low floor, slight of view, because we booked through, their words, a "third party", Travelocity. Our stay at the Ritz Carlton, Central Park, was far from excellent.

Awesome Staff

Pros: Everything!
Cons: It would be nice if they had a workout facility/exercise room
Location: Right next to Central Park and within walking distance of great restaurants and many choices to shop, go to museums and see the many sights of NYC,
We were very impressed with the friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, very quiet environment and overall 1st class treatment we recieved. Great hotel!

Ritz Carlton S. Central Park... Nice!

We were treated very well. The location of the hotel is superb. The room was very cozy, quiet, and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We also had a HD flat screen TV and a well assorted mini bar. Room service was impecable and expeditious.

Worth the $

excellent service - very luxurious - the club lounge upgrade was absolutely worth the cost - made the trip 100% better.
