Experience Mesquite�s warm weather, mountain views and beautiful sunsets. Relax in this condo with its gorgeous furnishings, 4 flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. Wi-Fi internet and all other utilities are included. Fully stocked kitchen, large beds in all rooms, full size washer & dryer, and on site pool, hot tub and fitness center. All linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided but please plan on packing your favorite soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc. Traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig also available for your enjoyment! (Coffee/K Pods not provided)

Up to 2 pets welcome at this pet friendly property! Additional charges may apply. Please contact the office at 702-345-5100 to add your pet to your stay. All pet waste must be collected and disposed of in the outside trash receptacle in a secured pet waste bag. Any guest found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Beautiful place
Excellent place to stay, clean, easy to check in. They have everything you need to make it a joy able experience and very spacious. We will definitely book this place again. We come down here often for softball tournaments. I would highly recommend this place.

Great Condo
Overall - a great stay. With everything there are pros and cons. Here's my comments trying to be completely objective: Pros: Great location in Mesquite, wonderful views from this unit. Adjacent to a park which is great if you have a dog or kids. Quiet because it's behind other buildings and not on street. Well furnished with comfortable beds , plenty of linens, towels, well stocked kitchen, cute decorations and condo unit has free parking for trailers in addition to your driving vehicle. Cons are: Because it's not adjacent to parking you must carry all luggage and groceries, etc through buildings to get to it. Carpets are worn and/or spotted. They're at that stage where it's questionable if a cleaning will help. Living room furniture needs to be cleaned. Someone previously has spilled liquids on the arms and didn't clean it. Appliances are on their last leg. Noisy refrigerator (although great at producing ice), noisy dish washer, bare bones stove. Condo assoc has hot tub but it was broken 3 out of the 4 weeks we were there and after speaking to full time residents, this is common. All said, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this condo unit. We booked again for next year.

Nice Place!
A well appointed condo! Fridge needs to be replaced though, it's about to go out. Dishwasher same shape. But, the rest of the place was VERY nice. A short walk to the park, which you can watch over from the stoop. I recommend this property.
