Have stayed at several other langham hotels. They were beautifully. Superior decor and design. Fresh and up to date. Wonderfully attentive staff. The langham Melbourne was none of this. Outdated tired and somewhat neglected. Indifferent staff that didn’t extend themselves unless directed to. Buffet breakfast was average. Overall this fell far below expectation for this brand and price paid. Would not stay here again.
