Overall, we had a good experience at Aloft. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and they were helpful in getting us from the airport to the hotel. I gave this property a four star only because we didn't sleep very well. The windows didn't open, which makes sense for the area in order to soundproof the room. However, there was no air circulation at all, so the room was stuffy. We had planned to stay at this hotel on our way back through Bogota at the end of our trip, but canceled (even though that meant we didn't receive a refund) and stayed elsewhere.

Had an overnight layover in Bogotá and found this hotel accessible and friendly; the lobby was buzzing with people, but my room was comfortable and quiet. The shuttle back to the airport (and nice breakfast buffet) was especially helpful in the morning.

Lied about early check-in fee

We called the day before and were quoted 60,000 pesos for early check-in fee. I verified with the front desk upon checkin, 60,000 pesos. We were charged 180,000 pesos at checkout

It looks durty but is not

Nice hotel, modern, good lay out, excellent rooms but.......maintenance is not at the required levels to keep the hotel in excellent conditions. Good for an overnight stop between flights.

Awesome place to stay at!

Pros: Personally I liked everything. The staff members are great. Make you feel comfortable and welcoming.
Cons: I really cannot think of something i would ask to be improved. I thought everything was great.
Location: Safe, not so much near to restaurants but grab yourself a taxi or Uber and go!
Place is awesome. Staff is great. Very modern. Loved the restaurant outside, specially in the morning. :-) Rooms are amazing! I will definitely go back to this hotel. Food is great.... try the aloft pizza. Highly recommend. Safe area which is a plus. Highly recommend to families, business travelers and couples. Not so much students unless you can afford it. it is up there in cost.
