After going in and looking and the room we canceled our stay. Room was dingy looking, carpet was torn and dingy looking. trash bag was laying on the floor. so we turned around and went back to the desk clerk and canceled our stay and asked for them to refund our credit card.

It is an older hotel but was nice. Great amenities and free breakfast. The employees Krysti, Nina, Melissa, Meagen and Eric were all lovely and helpful.

Airport-close; nice restaurant across the street.

Pros: Very close to work!
Cons: Morning breakfast!
Location: The weather was such that doing things other than eating was not practical.
Great experience for the price...INN amenities were comparable for value.

Hotel is old, was okay, carpet stained

The staff were friendly, the hotel smelled musty, and carpet was stained.

Old and tired

Pros: Not much
Cons: Tear it down and build a new one somewhere else.
Location: There are lots of restaurants nearby with copious shopping opportunities, but the traffic is way out of control.
While the room had OK basics and the bed was comfortable, the motel overall looks old and tired. Halls are dingy and dark with ramps in strange places. The breakfast room looks industrial and contrived out of an old storage room. There is little security on room doors. The TV had about 20 channels and some of them were having horizontal roll issues or were so dark they couldn't be watched. The building seems to have been shoehorned into the space and parking is skimpy and rather jumbled. Being between the interstate and a frontage road, both sides were noisy all night long. Compared to other Shilo Inns, This one is the cousin no one wants to mention.

Shy away from Shilo Inn

Awful! SMELLY!!! Bad complimentary (?) Breakfast. Never, ever, again! In fact will probably stay away from Shilo Inn if this is what they endorse.

Ok place to stay

Good breakfast, small rooms but comfy beds. Internet is not that great and gets worse the further you are from the office. Television selections are poor and quality of picture is bad. Great accessibility to freeway, shopping, etc

Nice comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: More room for breakfast
Location: Just passing through.
The room wasn't too large but it had everything that we needed with the microwave and fridge included. The best part was the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty good with waffles, eggs, etc. The price was quite reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Would stay here again.

worked while traveling south

Friendly  and clean and a quiet spot to rack up for a night. Not so great for kids with no pool.  Close to lots of food and probably the Shilo Inn furthest from the beach I've ever seen.
