Convenient but lacking in customer service

I have not been treated so poorly by hotel staff in a very long time if ever! I guess I asked too man questions. The first thing he said was we are sold out of mini suites with King beds. He asked why and what could they offer. A room with 2 queen beds on a higher floor. I reserved a mini suite, no comment and another employee told me they were all mini suites ok breakfast included, no breakfast reduced and limited in restaurant. He then handed me keys without a room number and he refused to speak to me so another employee came and looked up my reservation and wrote the number Not at all sure what happened there but I'm not eager to go back
