Would not stay here again...

Door keys work when it wanted to, staff not knowledgeable about area, poor to zero wifi signals, terrible resteraunt food & service...the list went on...

Great Stay

Pros: Clean and efficient.
Cons: The furnishings.
Location: The location was convenient to two highways and the city.
The location was close to city, airport, and highway. The staff was always pleasant and efficient. The room was large enough for easy access and clean. It would be my first choice on return. My only criticism is the furnishings were long overdue for replacement. Many chips on the tables and chairs.

Nice motel as a mid-point stop

Pros: Clean rooms. Good location.
Location: Jackson Ville is a very interesting "old" town that is located nearby.
This is a very nice motel with a convenient location. One change since our last visit is a discounted breakfast in the restaurant. A good improvement over the "free" breakfasts you usually get.

Disappointing

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I think I covered that previously. Again I only booked this hotel because until now I had never stayed in a bad Regency.
Location: Medford is not a easy city to navigate so I only visit once a month to see a specialist and after the last 2 visits I will not be staying the night.
I have stayed in Regencies all over the United States and this one is by far one of the worse. Ceiling tiles were stained, the carpets were filthy and buckled. I am handicap so very lucky I didn't trip and fall. They used sheets for bedspreads at that price there should have been bedspreads. I am not sure if Oregon has toilet paper shortage but last month I ran out and again this month ran out and had to call front desk for more toilet paper and towels. The restaurant was under staffed and had to wait forever for service. Again for those prices I expect better service.

Request a room above the 1st floor Although the room had a window the view was of bushes and the tires of a car.....Entry to lobby is actually on the 2nd floor. Other than that the place is great!

Pros: 24 hour shuttle service anywhere
Although the hotel is a bit older, all the services are provided with excellent staff.
