Back out of whack from awful bed

OK. Let's face it. I'm a senior citizen, and when I spend days on the road, what I really care about at night is a comfortable bed so that I can awaken without my joints all in a snarl. If you have issues with arthritis, this place is not for you! Number one, our Expedia reserved room was on a floor where there is only one elevator from the lobby, and once on the lower level, you must navigate a two city-block length hallway lined with hundreds of rooms. I'm not kidding about the hallway being that long. Our room was nearly at the end of it. So... once installed, I noted what other reviews had said about the dated property. Someone stopped caring in the 1980s, and there the decor stuck. Perhaps even the bed... which frankly was like a board. I could not roll over without sending another joint out of whack. I had requested an accessible room, and even though there was a roll-in shower (great) the toilet was extremely low to the floor and there were no assist bars. The recliner looked like it had been picked up at the local Goodwill. Even shabby chic decorators would not have been able to help this place and its furniture woes. So after not sleeping, we navigated to the discount breakfast at the hotel restaurant. We ordered standard fare from the "guest" menu. Waited one hour for breakfast to come. The restaurant was busy, but full of servers on staff. I think they forgot our order, because we watched a family being seated about 30 minutes after we were, who were served ahead.
