When we arrived late at night, after a long day in the car with 3 young children in tow, we were told their "check-in system" was down and would be up any minute. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, we decided to check nearby hotels for availability. At this point, the male at the front desk got belligerent that we weren't willing to wait longer. Finally the female desk clerk just made us keys and promised to call us when the system came back up. We went to the room and after the kids were down I returned to the front desk. The system was just then coming back up...1.5 hours after we arrived! The stay would have been better had I not been verbally abused for wanting to get into a room that we had prepaid for! We will not be returning. Far better options are nearby.
